Hardware Coverage definition

Hardware Coverage means the cover providing for repair or replacement of Your Covered Equipment due to events of Accidental Damage and Battery Depletion.

  • Technical Support may include assistance with installation, launch, configuration, troubleshooting, and recovery (except for data recovery), including storing, retrieving, and managing files; interpreting system error messages; and determining when Hardware Coverage is required or ADH coverage may be applicable.
