Hardware Security Module definition

Hardware Security Module means a dedicated physical computing device that safeguards and manages cryptographic keys and provides cryptographic processing.
Hardware Security Module means a physical computing device that safeguards and manages digital keys for strong authentication and provides cryptographic operation that conform to FIPS 140-2 Security Level 3
Hardware Security Module or “HSM” means an electronic device attached to a computer system that is used to securely hold the cryptographic keys.

  • Reference Security means the security specified as such in the relevant Final Terms. If a Reference Security is no longer outstanding, a Similar Security will be chosen by the Quotation Agent at 11:00 a.m. (CET) on the third Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date, quoted in writing by the Quotation Agent to the Issuer and published in accordance with Condition 12 (Notices).

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
