HARVARD REIT individually or collectively, the BH Operating Partnership I LP, a Texas limited partnership (the "HARVARD REIT OPERATING PARTNERSHIP") and/or Behringer Harvard REIT I, Inc., a Maryland corporation ("BEHRINGER HARVARD REIT") and/or Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc., a Maryland corporation ("Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT"), and/or any other fund for which Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC, or an Affiliate of it under its Control, serves as general partner, manager or advisor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Lender exercises its right to change the Payment Date to a New Payment Date in accordance with Section 2.2.4, then from and after such election, each Interest Period shall be the period from the New Payment Date in each calendar month through the day in the next succeeding calendar month immediately preceding the New Payment Date in such calendar month.
