HARVARD REIT individually or collectively, the BH Operating Partnership I LP, a Texas limited partnership (the "HARVARD REIT OPERATING PARTNERSHIP") and/or Behringer Harvard REIT I, Inc., a Maryland corporation ("BEHRINGER HARVARD REIT") and/or Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc., a Maryland corporation ("Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT"), and/or any other fund for which Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC, or an Affiliate of it under its Control, serves as general partner, manager or advisor.
