Harvest Debenture Trustee definition

Harvest Debenture Trustee means the trustee of the 9% Debentures Due 2009, 8%n Debentures Due 2009, 6.5% Debentures Due 2010, 7.25% Debentures Due 2013 and 7.25% Debentures Due 2014, being Valiant Trust Company;

  • Debenture Trustee means The Bank of New York, as trustee under the Indenture until a successor is appointed thereunder, and thereafter means such successor trustee.

  • Note B shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Senior Noteholder means the Holder of any Senior Note.

  • Senior Noteholders means the holders of the Senior Notes.

  • Series AA Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series AA Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series AA Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series AA Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Bridge Notes means the series of notes, of which this Note is a part, dated on or about the date hereof, each of which are identical, other than the date of the Note, identity of the Holder and principal amount of this Note.

  • The Trustee s responsibility for disbursing the above information to the Certificateholders is limited to the availability, timeliness and accuracy of the information derived from the Master Servicer. By each Determination Date the Master Servicer shall provide to the Trustee in electronic form the information needed to determine the distributions to be made pursuant to Section 4.02 and any other information on which the Master Servicer and the Trustee mutually agree.

  • DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • Indenture Trustees means the Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and the Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee.

  • Senior Secured Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
