Notes definition

Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Examples of Notes in a sentence

Assignee hereby accepts such assignment and assumes all rights, title, interest of Assignor under the Note Subscription Agreement and the Notes, but solely to the extent of the Assigned Interest.
