Harvest Direct to Vessel definition

Harvest Direct to Vessel means the product offered by CBH and Acquirers which enables You to deliver grain direct to Port during the Harvest Period where it is linked to an Acquirer’s export nomination.
Harvest Direct to Vessel means the specific services provided by CBH and obligations of the Customer as set out in Schedule 5 of this Agreement.

  • the Administration Act means the Social Security Administration Act 1992;

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Reactive Power means the wattless component of the product of voltage and current, which the Facility shall provide to or absorb from the Grid System within the Technical Limits and which is measured in MVAR;

  • Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1317).

  • Comptroller and Auditor General means the Comptroller and Auditor General of India appointed under article 148 of the Constitution of India.

The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/ ).

  • Respective Part of the Project means, for the Recipient and for any Project Implementing Entity, the part of the Project specified in the Legal Agreements to be carried out by it.

  • Active Power has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Comptroller’s Rules means the applicable rules and regulations of the Comptroller set forth in Chapter 34 TEXAS ADMIN. CODE Chapter 9, Subchapter F, together with any court or administrative decisions interpreting same.

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Depositories Act means The Depositories Act, 1996 and shall include any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.

  • Assembly and Editing means the aggregation of recorded customer message details to create individual message Records and the verification that all necessary information required ensuring all individual message Records meet industry specifications is present.

  • Regulations T, U and X means Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Regulations T, U and X” means Regulations T, U and X, respectively, of the Federal Reserve Board, and any successor regulations.

  • Crawling bug insecticide means any insecticide product that is designed for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods, including, but not limited to, mites, silverfish or spiders. “Crawling Bug Insecticide” does not include products designed to be used exclusively on humans or animals, or any house dust mite product. For the purposes of this definition only:

  • Possessions means any goods over which the pupil has or appears to have control – this includes desks, lockers and bags.

  • Flying bug insecticide means any insecticide product that is designed for use against flying insects or other flying arthropods, including but not limited to flies, mosquitoes, moths, or gnats. Flying bug insecticide does not include wasp and hornet insecticide, products that are designed to be used exclusively on humans or animals, or any moth-proofing product. For the purposes of this definition only, moth-proofing product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature indicates that the product is designed to protect fabrics from damage by moths, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against flying insects or other flying arthropods.

  • Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.

  • Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
