Legal Description means a complete description of land to be annexed without internal references to any other document, and shall be described in one of the following ways:
KIID means the key investor information document;
Junk yard means any property utilized for breaking up, dismantling, sorting, storing, distributing, buying or selling of any scrap waste material, junk or used equipment or machinery of any nature.
Elevation means the vertical distance of a point or a level, on or affixed to the surface of the earth, measured from mean sea level;
Gonad shield means a protective barrier for the testes or ovaries.
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line of the lot, or where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.
Floor Plan means the floor plan attached to the Lease as EXHIBIT “C.”
Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.
Vegetation means trees, shrubs, nursery stock and other vegetation and includes the limbs or growth of any Vegetation.
Hazing means committing an act against a student, or coercing a student into committing an act, that creates a substantial risk of harm to a person, in order for the student to be initiated into or affiliated with a student organization, or for any other purpose. The term hazing includes, but is not limited to:
Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion;
100-year floodplain means any area of land that:
STU means the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
Balcony means a cantilevered deck that projects from a wall of a building and which, except for a railing, is not enclosed; (Bylaw 5609)
Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
Red means the chromaticity coordinates (x,y)4 of the light reflected that lie inside the chromaticity areas defined by the boundaries: R12 yellow boundary y = 0.335 R23 the spectral locus R34 the purple line R41 purple boundary y = 0.978 - x With intersection points: x y R1 0.643 0.335 R2 0.665 0.335 R3 0.735 0.265 R4 0.720 0.258
Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Tunnelling means the construction of any tunnel beneath the natural surface of the earth for a purpose other than the searching for or winning of a mineral
Lot Frontage means the width of a lot between the side lot lines measured along a line parallel to and 7.5 metres distant from the front lot line;
Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the
Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
Floor means the benchmark rate floor, if any, provided in this Agreement initially (as of the execution of this Agreement, the modification, amendment or renewal of this Agreement or otherwise) with respect to USD LIBOR.
Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;
Graywater means untreated wastewater that has not been contaminated by any toilet discharge, has not been affected by infectious, contaminated, or unhealthy bodily wastes, and does not present a threat from contamination by unhealthful processing, manufacturing, or operating wastes. “Graywater” includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
