Health Flexible Spending Account definition

Health Flexible Spending Account means the account established for Participants pursuant to this Plan to which part of their Cafeteria Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which all allowable Medical Expenses incurred by a Participant, his or her Spouse and his or her Dependents may be reimbursed.

Health Flexible Spending Account or “Health FSA” means the health flexible spending arrangement that PEBB has adopted in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code.

Health Flexible Spending Account means the account established for Participants pursuant to this Plan to which part of their Cafeteria Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which all allowable Medical Expenses incurred by a Participant, their Spouse and their Dependents may be reimbursed.

Examples of Health Flexible Spending Account in a sentence

• For the Health Flexible Spending Account, you must submit claims no later than 90 days after the end of the Plan Year.

• You can elect to continue your participation in the Health Flexible Spending Account for the remainder of the Plan Year, subject to the following conditions.

• The expenses you incur during the time you are not in the Health Flexible Spending Account are not reimbursable.

• If you are going into or returning from military service, you may have special rights to health care coverage under your Health Flexible Spending Account under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994.

• For the Health Flexible Spending Account, you may continue your coverage or you may revoke your coverage and resume it when you return.

Health Flexible Spending Account means a health flexible spending arrangement as defined in Prop. Treasury Regulation section 1.125-5(a)(1).‌

Subject to the provisions of this Plan, there are two types of Health Flexible Spending Accounts under this Plan:

Health Flexible Spending Account means the account established for Participants to which part of their Salary Redirections may be allocated and from which all allowable Medical Expenses incurred by a Participant, his or her Spouse and his or her Dependents may be reimbursed.

Health Flexible Spending Account means the account established for a Participant pursuant to this Plan to which part of his or her Cafeteria Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which all allowable Medical Expenses incurred by the Participant, his or her Spouse or Domestic Partner, and his or her Dependents may bereimbursed.

Health Flexible Spending Account means the account established for each Participant who makes an election to participate in the HFSA Plan. The Plan, however, will not create a separate fund or otherwise segregate assets for this purpose. The account so established will merely be a recordkeeping account with the purpose of keeping track of contributions, reimbursements paid, and determining forfeitures under Section 6.5 below.
