Health Program or Activity. Means the provision or administration of health-related services, and provision of assistance to individuals in obtaining health-related services or insurance coverage.

Health Program or Activity means the provision or administration of health-related services or health-related insurance coverage. Section 1557 applies to any entity if “any part” of the health program or activity receives Federal financial assistance.
