Health Program or Activity definition

Health Program or Activity. Means the provision or administration of health-related services, and provision of assistance to individuals in obtaining health-related services or insurance coverage.

  • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
