Hearings Tribunal definition

Hearings Tribunal means the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal established by this Act; (“Tribunal”)
Hearings Tribunal means the tribunal of a Community Cricket Peak Body or a Region established to hear and determine alleged breaches and appeals under this By-law.
Hearings Tribunal means the tribunal of the VWCA or a Region established to hear and determine alleged breaches and appeals under this By-law.

  • Hearing Panel means a panel responsible for adjudicating disciplinary cases pursuant to a Notice of Charges authorized by a Review Panel.

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Foreign tribunal means a court, administrative agency, or quasi-judicial entity of a foreign country which is authorized to establish, enforce, or modify support orders or to determine parentage of a child. The term includes a competent authority under the Convention.

  • Hearing Board means the shoreline hearings board established by this chapter.

  • Hearing aid means an instrument or device designed for regular and constant use in or proximate to the human ear and represented as aiding or improving defective human hearing.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Hearing examiner means the labor commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.
