Most commonly, we interpret this as approximately 0.2 seconds; "Licence" means any licence or authorisation required by law and granted to us to provide the Services by Ofcom or any other relevant licensing organisation in the country in which we provide the Services to you; “Minimum (Contract) Period” has the meaning set out in Section 2; “Monthly (or Periodic) Service Charges” means those recurring Charges normally invoiced and due in advance of the month or period in which the Services are provided.
