Hedge Agreement Provider. [HEDGE AGREEMENT PROVIDER], and its successors and assigns or any party to any replacement, substitute, collateral or other arrangement in lieu thereof.
Hedge Agreement Provider means any Person that enters into a Hedge Agreement with a Grantor to the extent such Person is a First Lien Lender or an Affiliate of a First Lien Lender at the time of the incurrence of such obligation (even if such Person thereafter ceases to be a First Lien Lender or such Person’s Affiliate ceases to be a First Lien Lender).
Hedge Agreement Provider means any Person that enters into a Secured Hedge Agreement with a Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries that is permitted by Section 7.1(v) to the extent such Person is a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or any other Person that was a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) at the time it entered into the Secured Hedge Agreement but has ceased to be a Lender (or whose Affiliate has ceased to be a Lender) under this Agreement.
