Hedging Plan definition

Hedging Plan means the Hedging Action Plan dated March 20, 2015, as supplemented by the Hedging Action Plan: Update to FTI dated April 30, 2015, which plan (a) complies with the hedging policy adopted by the board of directors of the Company and (b) has been delivered to the holders of the Notes on or prior to the Effective Date, as such plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of Section 9.20.
Hedging Plan means a plan to be provided by Borrower in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent which may include hedging strategies and parameters of Borrower to protect against market movements in commodity prices and currency exchange risk with respect to the Project, but not for speculative purposes.
Hedging Plan means the plan of the Borrower with respect to interest rate and currency hedging, which plan is agreed to by the Senior Lenders.

Examples of Hedging Plan in a sentence

  • At all times during the Covenant Relief Period, the Company will comply with the Hedging Plan as in effect on the Effective Date.

  • The Company will comply with the Hedging Plan, as such plan may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Company’s board of directors (whether by amendment of such plan or the hedging policy adopted by the Company’s board of directors) and in a manner consistent with prudent management of risk related to volatility in prices of Petroleum Substances.
