Helix Intellectual Property definition

Helix Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property owned or controlled by Helix, and shall include, but not be limited to, the Helix Confidential Information.

  • Helix shall own all rights in and title to the Helix Intellectual Property, and any and all improved or enhanced versions of the foregoing that are created by either Party in the course of or resulting from this Agreement, including, without limitation, any derivatives or variants of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Seller Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned by either Seller and primarily used in connection with the Business.
