Hemp Program definition

Hemp Program means the cannabis regulatory framework established under this Code with respect to Hemp.
Hemp Program means the Hemp production program carried out under this Hemp code.
Hemp Program means a Hemp program administered by the Department as described in the Department’s hemp production plan and approved by the USDA.
