Hereditament Start Date means the date when the amendment to the Valuation List takes effect.
hereditament means a dwelling within the meaning of Part I of the Local Government Finance Act 1992,
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as the date this Contract starts;
Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;
Appurtenances means all rights, titles, and interests of Seller appurtenant to the Land and Improvements, including, but not limited to, (i) all easements, rights of way, rights of ingress and egress, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, and appurtenances in any way belonging to the Land or Improvements, (ii) any land lying in the bed of any alley, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or abutting or adjoining the Land, (iii) any strips or gores of real estate adjacent to the Land, and (iv) the use of all alleys, easements and rights-of-way, if any, abutting, adjacent, contiguous to or adjoining the Land.
Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Investment Start Date : means 19 November 2021 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.
Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;
Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;
Appurtenant Rights means (i) all agreements, easements, rights of way or use, rights of ingress or egress, privileges, appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments and other rights and benefits at any time belonging or pertaining to the Land or the Improvements, including, without limitation, the use of any streets, ways, alleys, vaults or strips of land adjoining, abutting, adjacent or contiguous to the Land and (ii) all permits, licenses and rights, whether or not of record, appurtenant to the Land.
Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.
Conservation easement means that term as defined in section 2140 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.2140.
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
fall prevention equipment means equipment used to prevent persons from falling from a fall risk position, inducing personal equipment, a body harness, lanyards, lifelines or physical equipment such as guard-rails, screens, barricades, anchorages or similar equipment;
Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);
Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and
Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.
Class I area means a mandatory visibility protection area designated pursuant to section 169A of the federal Clean Air Act.
Riparian area means the transition area between flowing water and terrestrial (land) ecosystems composed of trees, shrubs and surrounding vegetation which serve to stabilize erodible soil, improve both surface and ground water quality, increase stream shading and enhance wildlife habitat.
Agreement State means any State with which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission has entered into an effective agreement under subsection 274b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (73 Stat. 689).
Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
Recommencement Date As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.
Rent Commencement Date means [Insert date or description] or any later date calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of Part 5 of the Schedule;
Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;
Streets means the surface of, and the space above and below, any and all streets, avenues, highways, boulevards, concourses, driveways, bridges, tunnels, parks, parkways, waterways, docks, bulkheads, wharves, piers, public grounds, and public places or waters within and belonging to the Franchising Authority and any other property within the Franchise Area to the extent to which there exist public easements or public rights-of-way.
Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
