  • Every State Party to this Convention shall, in so far as possible, submit to the World Heritage Committee an inventory of property forming part of the cultural and natural heritage, situated in its territory and suitable for inclusion in the list provided for in paragraph 2 of this Article.

Heritage Committee means the committee, as established by city council, which serves an advisory role on matters pertaining to historic preservation as specified within this chapter. “Insubstantial alterations” means exterior modifications that do not result in the physical demolition, destruction, relocation, or alteration of the resource or its immediate surroundings.   • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.
