Heritage Advisory Committee or “HAC” means the municipal heritage committee established under the Act and by by-law to advise Council on proposed demolitions of or alterations to Registered and Designated Properties, and properties within Heritage Conservation Districts, and more generally on the identification, conservation and preservation of the City’s cultural heritage properties;
