Hermes Preliminary Invoice definition

Hermes Preliminary Invoice means the preliminary invoice provided by Hermes to Hermes Agent substantially concurrently with the issuance by Hermes of the Hermes Export Credit Guarantee Final Order.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to Metacom by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • Advisory Firm Letter means a letter, that has been prepared by the Advisory Firm used by the Corporation in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, which states that the relevant Schedules, notices or other information to be provided by the Corporation to the Members, along with all supporting schedules and work papers, were prepared in a manner that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement and, to the extent not expressly provided in this Agreement, on a reasonable basis in light of the facts and law in existence on the date such Schedules, notices or other information were delivered by the Corporation to the Members.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit E (or such other form approved by Administrative Agent) certified by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Acceptance Certificate (11/18) means a written instrument by which the City notifies Contractor that a Deliverable has been Accepted or Accepted with exceptions, and Acceptance Criteria have been met or waived, in whole or in part.

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.

  • Final Acceptance Certificate “– shall mean ISR's issuance of a signed Final Acceptance Certificate in the form attached hereto as Appendix D.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an

  • Preliminary Settlement Statement shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
