High Powered Committee definition

High Powered Committee means the High Powered Committee constituted by the Government of India vide Policy Resolution dated 28th May 2008 of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, New Delhi;
High Powered Committee or HPC means the committee as described under this policy part 8.
