Railway Code Systems means necessary systems within the meaning of the Systems Code;
Energy Code means the State Energy Conservation Construction Code, as currently in effect and as hereafter amended from time to time.
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;
JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;
City Code means the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
State Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time, and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission, referred under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Xxx 0000, as applicable;
IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;
Industry Code means a code approved or determined by ICRC under Part 4 of the Act;
Railway Corridor means, prior to the grant of a Special Railway Licence, the land for the route of the Railway the subject of that licence, access roads (other than Lateral Access Roads), areas from which stone, sand, clay and gravel may be taken, temporary accommodation facilities for the railway workforce, water bores and Additional Infrastructure (if any) which is the subject of a subsisting agreement pursuant to subclause (3)(a) and after the grant of the Special Railway Licence the land from time to time the subject of that Special Railway Licence;
Network Code means the network code prepared by National Grid pursuant to its gas transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and which incorporates the Uniform Network Code;
Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;
Acid rain emissions limitation means, as defined in 40 CFR 72.2*, a limitation on emissions of sulfur dioxide or nitrogen oxides under the acid rain program under Title IV of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
the 1961 Act means the Land Compensation Act 1961(d); “the 1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(e); “the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 1980(f);
Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
the 1981 Act which means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.
chapters and "headings" mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonized System" or "HS";
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
Security Code means a sequence of numbers and/or letters or such other codes or procedures, whether generated by a Security Mechanism or otherwise, for use in connection with access to and/or use of the EB Services;
Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.
1954 Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.
QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;
Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.
the 1988 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
