Hilton Manager definition

Hilton Manager means Hilton Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or such other substitute manager that is a Qualified Manager and assumes, to extent permitted by, and in accordance with, this Agreement, the management of the Individual Properties that are being managed by a Hilton Manager as of the date hereof.

Hilton Manager means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, any subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide Inc., and any Successor Brand Manager that assumes the rights and obligations of a Hilton Manager under, and in accordance with the terms of, such Hilton Manager’s Brand Management Agreement (as opposed to entering into a new Management Agreement).

  • Existing Manager means THR Property Management L.P.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Non-Lead Operating Advisor means the “trust advisor”, “operating advisor” or other analogous term under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Land manager means any federal, state, local, or private entity that administers, directs, oversees, or controls the use of public or private land, including the application of fire to the land.
