Hilton Manager definition

Hilton Manager means Hilton Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or such other substitute manager that is a Qualified Manager and assumes, to extent permitted by, and in accordance with, this Agreement, the management of the Individual Properties that are being managed by a Hilton Manager as of the date hereof.

Hilton Manager means, individually and/or collectively as the context may require, any subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide Inc., and any Successor Brand Manager that assumes the rights and obligations of a Hilton Manager under, and in accordance with the terms of, such Xxxxxx Manager’s Brand Management Agreement (as opposed to entering into a new Management Agreement).

  • Non-Lead Operating Advisor means the “trust advisor”, “operating advisor” or other analogous term under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.
