Hire craft means a hire craft as defined in the Control of Hire Craft Act (Cap 46);
Hire craft means power driven or unpowered vessels of every description excepting houseboats, used for sport or pleasure on inland waters at anytime and not intended for the carriage of more than twelve passengers, which are :-
