Hired Plant definition

Hired Plant means any plant, machinery, tools or equipment detailed in the Quotation and any and all plant, machinery, tools or equipment that the Company agrees to supply to the Customer under the Contract pursuant to Clause 3.4 but excluding (in each case) the Company Plant;
Hired Plant means any item(s) of Plant hired by the Hirer under the terms of the Contract and which shall also include any replacements thereof, together with accessories for the same.
Hired Plant means all contractor’s equipment and temporary works held by the contractor as hired under the agreement for hire thereof.
