The Contractor shall when entering into any sub-contract for the execution of any specialized work incorporate in such sub-contract by reference or otherwise the provisions of this Clause in relation to Constructional Plant, Temporary Works and Materials, Essential Hired Plant and Hire Purchase Plant brought on to the site by the Specialist Agency.
