HIS Policies definition

HIS Policies means HIS’s bylaws, policies and procedures manual, and rules and regulations, as HIS amends them from time to time.

  • HIS may terminate this Agreement upon notice if Subscriber fails to comply with the HIS Policies.

  • Pursuant to the HIS Policies, the SCC shall be a work made for hire by Subscriber for the benefit of HIS, which shall be deemed the SCC’s author for purposes of copyright law.

  • The user ID and password will provide Subscriber access to all data and functions in the HIS Service to which Subscriber is entitled under the HIS Policies.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Subscriber is eligible to display the service and trademarks of HIS only to the extent expressly provided in the HIS Policies.

  • Subscriber may use the Licensed Materials only to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement and the HIS Policies and only to deliver real estate brokerage or appraisal services to Subscriber’s bona fide customers.

  • Subscriber will not make its user ID, password, the HIS Database, or HIS System available to any third party, including without limitation, affiliates, franchisors, and subsidiaries, unless expressly authorized to do so under this Agreement or the HIS Policies.

  • Subscriber will comply with HIS Policies at all times during the term of this Agreement.

  • HIS may collect fines from Subscriber for violation of the HIS Policies by Subscriber.

  • Subscriber shall submit requests for changes to the Subscriber Contribution to HIS within 24 hours or within such other time as HIS shall provide in the HIS Policies.

  • Please note that all actively licensed real estate brokers, salespersons and appraisers located on the islands of Kauai and Hawaii employed by the PBS/PAS must subscribe to the service, except as expressly stated in the HIS Policies.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Errors and Omissions Policy As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Policyholder behavior means any action a policyholder, contract holder, or any other person with the right to elect options, such as a certificate holder, may take under a policy or contract subject to this section including but not limited to lapse, withdrawal, transfer, deposit, premium payment, loan, annuitization, or benefit elections prescribed by the policy or contract, but excluding events of mortality or morbidity that result in benefits prescribed in their essential aspects by the terms of the policy or contract.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.
