Historic building(s means any building or buildings that meet one or more of the following criteria:
Historic building(s means or refers to a structure listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
Historic building(s means those buildings that have been designated as, or meet the standards for, resources contributing to the historic significance of the Pier 70 Historic District under federal law.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work.   • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
