Hold Separate Period definition

Hold Separate Period means the time period during which the Hold Separate is in effect, which shall begin on the Acquisition Date and terminate pursuant to Paragraph VII hereof.
Hold Separate Period means the period during which the Hold Separate Order is in effect, which shall begin on the Acquisition Date and terminate pursuant to Section IX(A) of this Hold Separate Order.

More Definitions of Hold Separate Period

Hold Separate Period means the period beginning on December 4, 2008 and ending on the Closing Date pursuant to and in accordance with the Republic/Allied Consent Decree.
