Initial Rate Period definition

Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
Initial Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, means the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding Wednesday, as set forth under "Designation" in the Articles Supplementary.
Initial Rate Period with respect to shares of a series of Municipal Preferred, shall mean the period from and including the Date of Original Issue for such series to but excluding the initial Dividend Payment Date for such series.

Examples of Initial Rate Period in a sentence

  • The dividend rate on shares of MuniPreferred of any series during the period from and after the Date of Original Issue of shares of such series to and including the last day of the Initial Rate Period of shares of such series shall be equal to the rate per annum set forth with respect to shares of such series under “Designation” in Section 1 of Appendix A hereto.

  • The dividend rate on shares of any Series of VRDP Shares during the period from and after the Date of Original Issue of shares of such Series to and including the last day of the Initial Rate Period of shares for such Series shall be equal to the rate per annum set forth with respect to the shares of such Series under "Designation" above.

More Definitions of Initial Rate Period

Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or, if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
Initial Rate Period. ’ means the period commencing on the Issue Date and extending to and including the date set forth in the Certificate as the last day of the Initial Rate Period for each Subseries of Bonds.
Initial Rate Period means the period (or periods) commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on the date (or dates) specified as such in the Officer’s Pricing Certificate.
