Holdings Notes Indenture definition

Holdings Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2001, entered into among Holdings, the guarantors from time to time parties thereto and U.S. Trust Company of Texas, N.A., as trustee, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Holdings Notes Indenture means the amended and restated indenture dated as of the date hereof among Holdings and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, pursuant to which the Holdings Notes were issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Holdings Notes Indenture means the indenture relating to the Holdings Notes.
