Home repairs definition

Home repairs means energy-related structural repairs identified by a home energy analysis as being necessary or desirable before weatherization measures are installed. Home repairs include, but are not limited to, repair or replacement of windows, window frames, exterior doors, roofs, heating systems, and appropriate thermostats.
Home repairs means repairs that are necessary to make a home safe for occupancy or that are required by a rule, regulation, or ordinance of a governmental agency or mobile home park. The term includes repairs to any of the following with respect to a house or mobile home:
