Hospital Reimbursement Payment definition

Hospital Reimbursement Payment has the meaning given to it in the Limited Assignment of Construction Contract.
Hospital Reimbursement Payment means the amount determined by subtracting from the amount of the Guaranteed Price, as adjusted in accordance with the terms of the Construction Contract as at the end of the last day of the agreed monthly payment period ending immediately prior to the Reimbursement Payment Date, the following amounts (without duplication):

  • Hospital shall pay the Hospital Reimbursement Payment as directed by Project Co and shall not accept any re- direction without the consent of Trustee.

  • After Hospital has paid the Hospital Reimbursement Payment, it shall thereafter continue to be responsible for payment to the Contractor of the Certified Cost to Complete as at the Reimbursement Payment Date on a progress payment basis in the manner and at the times contemplated by the Construction Contract.

Related to Hospital Reimbursement Payment

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Health care expenses means, for purposes of Section 14, expenses of health maintenance organizations associated with the delivery of health care services, which expenses are analogous to incurred losses of insurers.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Tuition means the total amount of money charged for the cost of a qualifying student to attend an independent school including, but not limited to, fees for attending the school and school-related transportation.

  • Annual Payment The total amount payable to the Settlement Fund Administrator by the Settling Distributors on the Payment Date each year, as calculated by the Settlement Fund Administrator pursuant to Section IV.B.1.e. For the avoidance of doubt, this term does not include the Additional Restitution Amount or amounts paid pursuant to Section X.

  • training allowance means an allowance (whether by way of periodical grants or otherwise) payable—

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Covered Expenses means expenses actually incurred by or on behalf of a Covered Person for treatment, services and supplies covered by the Policy. Coverage under the Participating Organization’s Policy must remain continuously in force from the date of the Covered Accident or Sickness until the date treatment, services or supplies are received for them to be a Covered Expense. A Covered Expense is deemed to be incurred on the date such treatment, service or supply, that gave rise to the expense or the charge, was rendered or obtained.

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Management Expenses means the Management Expenses more particularly described in Clause 10.1;
