Examples of Hostess GP in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Corporate Taxpayer shall cause Hostess GP to cause Hostess Holdings to ensure that an election under Section 754 of the Code is in effect for each Taxable Year of Hostess Holdings (until Hostess Holdings becomes an entity that is disregarded as separate from its owner for U.S. federal income tax purposes).

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request.
