For a period of 45 days after Choice's written notice of the exercise of the Call Option, Choice shall have the right at Choice's sole cost and expense to enter onto any Property (either through its employees or designated agents and representatives) at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner after giving reasonable notice to Sunburst's Vice President, Extended Stay Hotel Operations for the purpose of making such inspections as Choice deems necessary or appropriate in connection with this Agreement.
In the event there is a conflict between this document, the Placerville Hotel Incentive Program and the Hotel Operations Covenant Agreement, this document shall take precedent.
