I Classes definition

I Classes means all Classes denoted by “I”.

Examples of I Classes in a sentence

  • The Advisor Class operates under a Board-approved Rule 12b-1 plan pursuant to which the class compensates financial intermediaries for distribution, shareholder servicing, and/or certain administrative services; the Investor and I Classes do not pay Rule 12b-1 fees.

  • The management fee is 0.7% of the Net Asset Value of the Global Value Fund attributable to the relevant A, S and I Classes and shall accrue daily and be payable on the last Business Day of each month.

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;
