IANA Services definition

IANA Services. The IANA Names Service, IANA Numbers Service, and IANA Protocol Parameter Service, individually or collectively as the context may require.
IANA Services. Those services described in Exhibit A.

Examples of IANA Services in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges that the licenses granted hereunder are necessary for provision of the Relevant IANA Services, and that Licensee is required to perform (directly or indirectly through subcontractors to Licensee) the Relevant IANA Services under the Service Agreement.

  • As of the Effective Date, Licensor hereby grants Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid right and license (including a right to sublicense in accordance with Section 9.7 below) to use, display and reproduce the Licensed Marks in connection with the provision and marketing of goods and services in connection with the Relevant IANA Services.

  • As of the Effective Date, Licensor hereby grants Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid right and license (including a right to sublicense in accordance with Section 9.7 below) to use the IANA Domains and to create subdomains thereunder, subject to Section 3.3 below, solely in connection with the provision and marketing of the Relevant IANA Services.

  • Licensee shall only create subdomains when necessary to fulfill its obligations to perform Relevant IANA Services under the Service Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this license includes the right of Licensee to use the Licensed Marks to describe its performance of the Relevant IANA Services on its web site, publications and elsewhere, but this license does not authorize the use of the Licensed Marks in connection with any other services.

  • Licensor and Licensee agree that quality monitoring responsibilities hereunder shall be conducted by the Relevant Community, which shall report any failure of the Relevant IANA Services to comply with the relevant quality standards to Licensor.

  • Licensee agrees that all Relevant IANA Services offered under the Licensed Marks shall be of a consistent quality at least as high as the quality of comparable services offered by ICANN immediately prior to the Effective Date and shall comply with the service quality requirements contained in the Service Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the breach constitutes a failure by Licensee to meet the service quality requirements for the Relevant IANA Services as described in Section 2.2, Licensor’s sole and exclusive remedies hereunder shall be limited to the terms of Section 6.3.

  • The IETF Trust commits to, contemporaneously with the signing of this Agreement, execute three License Agreements to license the Assigned Intellectual Property to ICANN to use solely in the performance of the IANA Services, as defined in each such License Agreement.

  • The IETF Trust shall license the IANA Intellectual Property, including the use of associated domain names, to one or more third party operators selected as described below (“IANA Operators”) for use in connection with performing IANA Services under one or more written license agreements (“License Agreements”).

Related to IANA Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
