IANA Services definition

IANA Services. The IANA Names Service, IANA Numbers Service, and IANA Protocol Parameter Service, individually or collectively as the context may require.
IANA Services. Those services described in Exhibit A.

Examples of IANA Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Licensee or its sublicensee continues to provide services to a different Operational Communities and LicenseeCommunity under a license of the IANA Intellectual Property from Licensor, then the Parties, in consultation with the Relevant Community, shall mutually agree upon a reasonable approach to allow any replacement provider of IANA Services to operate under one or more subdomains .

  • For avoidance of doubt, the arbitrator is precluded from making any determination as to the sufficiency of Licensee or its Affiliate’s provision of IANA Services.

  • Licensee acknowledges that if all of the licenses granted hereunder with respect to the IANA Services are terminated (e.g., IANA Names Services, IANA Numbers Services and IANA Protocol Parameter Services), then Licensor may designate one or more third parties during the term of this Agreement.

  • Licensor and Licensee agree that all quality monitoring responsibilities are reserved to each Operationalhereunder shall be conducted by the Relevant Community, which shall report any failure of the IANA Services to comply with respectthe relevant quality standards to the services offered to or for the benefit of that Operational Community.1Licensor.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, three independent and separately terminable licenses are granted hereunder with respect to the three categories of IANA Services set forth in clauses (a)-(c) above.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such termination shall not limit Licensee’s continuing right to use the Licensed Marks under any separate license agreement between Licensor and Licensee with respect to different IANA Services provided to another Operational Community, and Licensee shall not be in breach of its obligation to remove or discontinue use of the Licensed Marks to the extent that it is permitted to do so under such separate agreement.

  • Licensee agrees that all IANA Services offered under the Licensed Marks shall be of a consistent quality at least as high as the quality of comparable services offered by ICANN immediately prior to the Effective Date and shall comply with any additional the service quality requirements that the Parties mutually agree upon throughoutcontained in the Term, which shall be incorporated into and made a part of thisService Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, three independent and separately terminable licenses are granted hereunder with respectthis license includes the right of Licensee to the three categories of IANA Services set forthuse the Licensed Marks to describe its performance of the IANA Services on its web site, publications and elsewhere, but this license does not authorize the use of the Licensed Marks in clauses (a) – (c) above.connection with any other services.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the breach constituted a failure by Licensee to meet the service quality requirements for the applicable IANA Services as described in Section 2.2, Licensor’s sole and exclusive remedies hereunder shall be limited to the terms of Section 6.3.

  • Licensee shall submit all proposed newonly create subdomains when necessary to fulfill its obligations to perform IANA Services under the IANA Domains to Service Agreement, Licensee will notify Licensor for approval in consultation withif there is an intended usage of a Licensed Mark within that subdomain (excluding the CCG prior to their registration or use, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Related to IANA Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Legal Services means fees charged by an attorney:

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
