IAPP Certificate definition

IAPP Certificate means the International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate issued or to be issued pursuant to Annex VI of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ship, MARPOL 73/78 (Regulations for the Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) in relation to a Vessel;

IAPP Certificate means a certificate entitled “International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate” issued in accordance with the Convention;

IAPP Certificate means an International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate issued under regulation 6 of Annex VI by the Administration of any Contracting Party to the Convention;

• This survey, as part of the ship’s initial survey, may lead to either the issuance of a ship’s initial International Air Pollution Prevention (IAPP) Certificate or an amendment of a ship’s valid IAPP Certificate reflecting the installation of a new engine.
