Identifiable Private Information definition

Identifiable Private Information or “IPI” about a Human Subject means private information from which the identity of the subject is or may readily be ascertained. Regulations defining and governing this information include 45 C.F.R. Part 46 and 21 C.F.R. Part 50.
Identifiable Private Information means patient-identifying data from medical records or attached to patient specimens, to be obtained prospectively or from stored medical records or specimens, that can be linked to individual human subjects, either directly or indirectly through codes.
Identifiable Private Information means private information for which the identity of the subject is or may readily be ascertained by the investigator or associated with the information.

Identifiable Private Information means private information for which the identity of the subject is or may readily be ascertained by the investigator or associated with the information.
