IFA Indenture definition

IFA Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of May 1, 2009, by and between the IFA and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, and any indenture supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof, pursuant to which the IFA 2009B Bonds and certain other bonds are issued and secured.
IFA Indenture means the Trust Indenture between the IFA and the IFA Trustee, dated as of June 1, 2009, and any indenture supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof, pursuant to which the IFA Bonds are issued and secured.
IFA Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of September 1, 2006, by and between the IFA and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, and any indenture supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof, pursuant to which the IFA 2006 Series B Bonds are issued and secured.

Examples of IFA Indenture in a sentence

  • The bonds of Series 2005 shall be issued, delivered, and pledged to, and registered in the name of, the trustee under the IFA Indenture in order to secure and provide for, and as collateral security for, the due and punctual payment of the principal, premium, if any, and interest due from time to time on the IFA Bonds.

  • The IFA 2009B Bonds are payable from payments made by the Company of principal of and interest on this 2016B Bond and from moneys in the Bond Fund created under the IFA Indenture.

  • The bonds of Series 2005 shall be redeemed promptly, without notice, by the Company in whole at 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the date of redemption following receipt by the Trustee of written notice from the trustee under the IFA Indenture stating that the principal of the IFA Bonds has been declared to be immediately due and payable as a result of an event of default under the IFA Indenture.

  • The IFA 2009C Bonds are payable from payments made by the Company of principal of and interest on this 2016C Bond and from moneys in the Bond Fund created under the IFA Indenture.

  • The IFA 2009A Bonds are payable from payments made by the Company of principal of and interest on this 2016A Bond and from moneys in the Bond Fund created under the IFA Indenture.

  • The Bonds of the 2005A Pledge Series shall be deemed to have been paid and no longer outstanding under the Indenture to the extent that the 2005A IFA Bonds are paid or deemed to have been paid and are no longer outstanding under the IFA Indenture and all amounts owed by the Company to the Insurer under the Insurance Agreement have been indefeasibly paid in full, and the Trustee has been notified to such effect by the Company.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this bond shall be deemed to have been paid and redeemed at any time if and to the extent that the 2005A IFA Bonds are redeemed pursuant to the IFA Indenture, in whole or in part, in an amount equal to 100% of the principal amount of the 2005A IFA Bonds redeemed and all amounts owed by the Company to the Insurer under the Insurance Agreement have been indefeasibly paid in full.
