IGI Company definition

IGI Company means the Company, its subsidiaries (including the Company), and any entity under the control (as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the regulations promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, without regard to whether any party is a “registrant” under such Act) of IGI, and any of their successors or assigns.
