Imaged Mortgage File Documents definition

Imaged Mortgage File Documents. Those documents (in fully-indexed, electronically imaged format) described in part C of Exhibit A attached hereto, or as otherwise set forth in the Transfer Instructions, and which comprise part of the Mortgage File.
Imaged Mortgage File Documents. Those documents comprising part of the Mortgage File (in electronically imaged format) described on part C of Exhibit 1.1 attached hereto.

Examples of Imaged Mortgage File Documents in a sentence

  • The Imaged Mortgage File Documents shall meet the criteria set forth in the Transfer Instructions attached hereto.

  • As outlined in the Transfer Instructions at the Seller’s expense, the Seller shall transfer fully indexed Imaged Mortgage File Documents in respect of each applicable Mortgage Loan to the Document Management Vendor (or Purchaser’s designee).

  • To the extent that Seller provides Imaged Mortgage File Documents to Purchaser via physical media drives (the “Drives”), Purchaser shall sanitize the Drives in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-88 Rev.

  • The Seller shall deliver such Imaged Mortgage File Documents, and such Imaged Mortgage File Documents shall be individually indexed and organized as mutually agreed by the Parties and the subservicer.

  • The Imaged Mortgage File Documents shall meet the criteria set forth on Exhibit 5.01(c) attached hereto.

  • On or before the applicable Servicing Transfer Date, at the Seller’s expense, the Seller shall transfer (by way of a medium to be agreed upon by the Parties) Imaged Mortgage File Documents in respect of each applicable Mortgage Loan to the Imaged Document Vendor (or Purchaser’s designee).

  • The Imaged Mortgage File Documents shall be provided in such order as directed by Xxxxxxxxx in advance in writing.

  • No later than [***] days prior to the applicable Transfer Date, at the Seller’s expense, the Seller shall transfer (by way of a medium to be agreed upon by the Parties) the Imaged Mortgage File Documents in respect of each applicable Mortgage Loan to the Subservicer.

Related to Imaged Mortgage File Documents

  • Retained Mortgage File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file consisting of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed as items 6 through 12 of Exhibit C attached hereto. Securities Act: The Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Trustee Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Trustee Mortgage Files With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Documents to be retained in the custody and possession of the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated pursuant to the Seller's Streamlined Loan Documentation Program then in effect.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Destroyed Mortgage Note A Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Specially Designated Mortgage Loan Documents With respect to any Mortgage Loan, subject to Section 1.04, the following documents on a collective basis:

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Defective Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.

  • Streamlined Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinance of a mortgage loan pursuant to the related Seller’s streamlined documentation program then in effect.
