Servicing File definition

Servicing File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.
Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Seller consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Purchaser or the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents set forth in Section 2 of the Custodial Agreement.
Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Servicer consisting of originals or copies of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Trustee in the Custodial File and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents set forth in Exhibit K hereto.

  • The Master Servicer shall use its reasonable efforts to comply with the preceding sentence within five (5) Business Days of the date such Serviced Loan became a Specially Serviced Loan and in any event shall continue to act as Master Servicer and administrator of such Serviced Loan until the Special Servicer has commenced the servicing of such Serviced Loan, which shall occur upon the receipt by the Special Servicer of the Servicing File.


More Definitions of Servicing File

Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Interim Servicer consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Purchaser or the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents set forth in Section 2 of the Custodial Agreement.
Servicing File. The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan referred to in Exhibit J hereto, and any additional documents required to be added to the Servicing File pursuant to the Agreement.
Servicing File shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, with respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Servicing File shall consist solely of any related documents or records generated by the Master Servicer or Special Servicer hereunder or received by either of them from the applicable Outside Servicer or Outside Special Servicer.
Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the documents pertaining thereto specified in Exhibit 2 and copies of all documents for such Mortgage Loan specified in Exhibit 1.
Servicing File means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Servicer consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement, the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 5.5.
Servicing File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicing File for such Mortgage Loan shall consist of copies of each item required to be in the Mortgage File (for the avoidance of doubt, the original of each such document shall be maintained in the Mortgage File for such Mortgage Loan unless otherwise permitted to be released in accordance with this Agreement) and the following documents listed below.
