Examples of KYC Form in a sentence

  • Any notification given or contact made to or from the Customer shall be given or made via the Customer’s own telephone number, facsimile number, or at the address shown on the brokerage/intermediary account form (KYC Form).

  • All correspondences sent to the Customer at his email address shown in the brokerage/intermediary account form (KYC Form) shall be considered as if they have been delivered to him personally.
