Immediate Past Chair definition

Immediate Past Chair means, at the applicable time, the individual who most recently held the office of chair of the Society in accordance with these bylaws and who no longer holds the office of chair of the Society,
Immediate Past Chair means the Immediate Past Chair of the Board for one (1) year immediately following their term as Chair, in a voting capacity.
Immediate Past Chair means the individual who served as preceding Chair.
