Impartiality Committee definition

Impartiality Committee means the Impartiality Committee of SCS
Impartiality Committee committee established to oversee the operations of FQC. Members represent various sectors with no personal or financial interest whatsoever with FQC. They are unpaid volunteers not directly involved with FQC.

Examples of Impartiality Committee in a sentence

  • If the complaint involves a Managing Director then the complaint is to be addressed to the Impartiality Committee.

  • If the complaint involves the CEO or Standard Manager then the complaint is to be addressed to the Chairman of the Impartiality Committee of GCL.

  • The complaint will then be reviewed and investigated by the Impartiality Committee.

  • The case decision will be made and formally communicated by the Chairman of the Impartiality Committee or the on their behalf by the Certification Manager.

Related to Impartiality Committee

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
