Impax Settlement Agreement definition

Impax Settlement Agreement means the June 2010 Settlement and License Agreement between Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Impax Laboratories, Inc., as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Alternative Acquisition Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c).
