Impeachment Body definition

Impeachment Body means the Student Senate class, either the Fall or Spring election and appointed Student Senators that has served the greater amount of time on the filing date of an impeachment resolution. The Senate President shall preside over the Impeachment Body and may vote if the Senate President is a member of that Student Senate class.
Impeachment Body means the membership of the senate. If a member of the senate is being impeached, they shall not be counted as part of the membership of the senate. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall preside over the Impeachment Body in all impeachment proceedings. If the Chief Justice is being impeached, then the member of the Supreme Court who has been in office the longest shall preside.

  • management body means a management body as defined in Article 4(1)(36) of Directive 2014/65/EU;

  • approved body means an educational establishment or a body that is not conducted for profit.

  • Contracting Body means the Authority and any other person as listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Bodies” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.

  • Investigational Product means the Study Drug identified above and the control material, as further detailed in the Protocol;

  • conformity assessment body means a body that performs conformity assessment activities including calibration, testing, certification and inspection;

  • Competent Body means any body that has authority to issue standards or recommendations with which either Party must comply

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • licensing body means any body that licenses or regulates any profession;

  • Dead body means a lifeless human body or such parts of a human body or the bones thereof from the state of which it reasonably may be concluded that death recently occurred.

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • Contractor’s Proposal means the proposal submitted by the Contractor with the Tender, as modified and accepted by the Employer and included in the Contract. Such documents may include the Contractor’s preliminary design.

  • Product Complaint means any oral, electronic or written communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness or performance of a marketed product, including failure of the product, labelling or packaging to meet specifications, whether or not the product is related to or caused the alleged deficiency. A complaint may allege that an Adverse Event or Medical Device Malfunction (as defined herein) has occurred.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:

  • Development Authority means the New Jersey Schools

  • Crown Body means any department, office or executive agency of the Crown;

  • Practice of engineering means any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience in the application of special knowledge of the mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences.

  • supervisory body means a functionary or institution referred to in Schedule 2;

  • NHS body has the meaning given to it in section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 as amended by section 138(2)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

  • Contracting Authority means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Regulatory Body means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate or investigate the matters dealt with in this Agreement or any other affairs of the Provider or the Department, including, without limitation Ofsted, the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors;

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;
