Visibility impairment means any humanly perceptible change in visual range, contrast, or coloration from that which would have existed under natural visibility conditions.
Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.
Mental, Nervous or Psychological Disorder means a mental or nervous health condition including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, neurosis, phobia, psychosis; or any related physical manifestation.
Impairment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.03.
Orthopedic impairment means a severe orthopedic impairment that adversely affects a child's educational performance. The term includes impairments caused by a congenital anomaly, impairments caused by disease (e.g., poliomyelitis, bone tuberculosis), and impairments from other causes (e.g., cerebral palsy, amputations, and fractures or burns that cause contractures).
Medically fragile means the condition of a child who requires the availability of twenty-four-hour skilled care from a health care professional or specially trained staff or volunteers in a group care setting. These conditions may be present all the time or frequently occurring. If the technology, support and services being received by the medically fragile children are interrupted or denied, the child may, without immediate health care intervention, experience death.
Vulnerable means a condition in which an adult is unable to protect himself or herself from abuse, neglect, or exploitation because of a mental or physical impairment or because of advanced age.
Substantial means more than minor or trivial
blindness means a condition where a person has any of the following conditions, after best correction—
Chronic delinquency" shall mean failure by Tenant to pay Basic Rent, or any other payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease within three (3) days after written notice thereof for any three (3) occasions (consecutive or non-consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period. In the event of a chronic delinquency, Landlord shall have the right, at Landlord's option, to require that Basic Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance.
Psychological abuse which shall mean conduct by a custodian intentionally or recklessly causing, by verbal or non-verbal conduct, a substantial diminution of a service recipient's emotional, social or behavioral development or condition, supported by a clinical assessment performed by a physician, psychologist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed clinical or master social worker or licensed mental health counselor, or causing the likelihood of such diminution. Such conduct may include but shall not be limited to intimidation, threats, the display of a weapon or other object that could reasonably be perceived by a service recipient as a means for infliction of pain or injury, in a manner that constitutes a threat of physical pain or injury, taunts, derogatory comments or ridicule.
Mental abnormality means a congenital or acquired condition affecting the emotional or volitional capacity which predisposes the person to the commission of criminal sexual acts in a degree constituting such person a menace to the health and safety of others.
Permanent impairment means the loss of or loss of use of a member of the body existing after the date of maximum medical improvement and includes disfigurement resulting from an injury.
Cognitive Impairment means a deficiency in a person’s short-term or long-term memory; orientation as to person, place, and time; deductive or abstract reasoning; or judgment as it relates to safety awareness.
Visual impairment including blindness means an impairment in vision that, even with correction, adversely affects a student's educational performance. The term includes both partial sight and blindness.
Functional impairment means both of the following:
Vulnerability means a weakness of an asset or mitigation that can be exploited by one or more threats.
Medically incapacitated means a person who is incapacitated as a result of prescribed sedatives, anesthesia, or other medication.
danger means any hazard or condition that could reasonably be expected to cause injury or illness to an employee or other persons exposed thereto before the hazard or condition can be corrected.
Alcoholism means a disease, characterized by a dependency
Mental disorder means any organic, mental, or emotional
Moderate means violations that result in negative outcome and actual or potential harm for a resident.
Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.
Infection means the entry and development or multiplication of an infectious agent in the body of humans and animals that may constitute a public health risk;
Intensity means the number of Program Unique Supervised Hours divided by the Duration for a course or qualification, being a measure of the concentration of training and assessment delivered from the Eligible Individual’s perspective.
Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.
