Improved Technology definition

Improved Technology has the meaning given this term in Section 3.8.
Improved Technology means any new developments in Software and Machines that could reasonably be expected to have an impact on EMW's business, to the extent known and made available within or by IBM.
Improved Technology means any information processing technology developments, including new developments in Software and Equipment, that could reasonably be expected to have an impact on Chordiant or Chordiant’s business.

  • The license granted under this Section 5.4.3 shall be exclusive (even as to AGTC and its Affiliates except to the extent necessary for AGTC to perform its obligations under this Agreement) with respect to the Joint Improved Technology and non-exclusive with respect to the AGTC Improved Technology, provided that such license shall be exclusive with respect to the AGTC Improved Technology to the extent required pursuant to any Third Party agreement of Biogen.

Improved Technology means any information technology developments, including new developments or enhancements in methodologies, processes, Software, Equipment, telecommunications services or other information technology and services, that could reasonably be expected to have an impact on AMO’s or any of the AMO Controlled Affiliates’ businesses, to the extent known and made available within IBM or by IBM.
