Inactive Account definition

Inactive Account means a trader’s Account which had Client-Initiated activity and subsequently it remained inactive for a period of 90 days.

Inactive Account means when a client with any trading account(s) held with the Company under any of its brands has not:

More Definitions of Inactive Account

Inactive Account means when a client with any trading account(s) held with the Company under any of its brands has not placed a trade, opened or closed positions, or made a deposit into the client’s trading account for a period of ninety (90) days or more.

Inactive Account is defined in Section 2.7(c).

Inactive Account means any Account (i) that has been open for a period of at least twenty-four months, (ii) the Receivables balance of which has been equal to $0.00 for a period of at least twenty-four months, (iii) that has been placed in a status that, in accordance with customary and usual servicing procedures and in accordance with the Credit Card Guidelines, prevents future Receivables authorizations from being granted, and (iv) that has remained inactive with no monetary activity for a period of at least twenty-four months.
