THE PLAYER. You are under no pressure to become a player for FFSC. We hope that you and your Parents will consider all options and choose what will be best for you, taking into consideration your goals and aspirations as a person and a soccer player. Once you commit to play for FFSC, you agree to abide by all the policies, procedures and rules of the Club. By signing this agreement, you commit to follow the policies and procedures of FFSC, this Agreement and all policies and procedures of Cal South and Coast Soccer League (CSL). This commitment is for one soccer season only. The FFSC season runs from May 1 through April 30 of each year. In the event your team participates in regional or national competitions, you are expected to fulfill your commitment to your team through the end of these competitions, regardless of your status with the Club for the following season. FFSC requires its players and Parents to be ethical, honest, and honor their commitments, both verbal and written. Therefore, you should make your decisions thoughtfully and carefully based on your individual needs. Your commitment to FFSC shall be your full participation and support for the entire soccer season. Club and Team activities (meetings, training sessions, fundraisers, etc.) are the basic commitments each player is to perform throughout his or her commitment with FFSC. Please consider when you make your commitment to FFSC, the Team Coach may need to inform other potential players they did not make the team because the Coach has filled his or her roster. Please be sensitive to others and consider your decision to join FFSC carefully. As a member and player of FFSC, you are responsible for your own conduct on and off the field while representing FFSC. Honesty, communication, and reliability will be expected at all times. Take pride in yourself and respect the sport of soccer. This requires that you maintain a healthy lifestyle and a healthy attitude. The use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco (including vaping) by ANY member of FFSC is not acceptable to FFSC and is in violation of Cal South Rules and Regulations. This rule applies to players, coaches and all other members of our Club. Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension, dismissal and/or removal from further participation with FFSC. Once you commit to join NPSC, you agree to abide by the policies of the Club and your Team. This commitment is for one soccer season only. The soccer season begins on September 1 and continues through the success of the Team through state, regional, and national competition. At the end of the soccer season, your commitment to the Club is over and you are free to leave the Club, if you feel it is in your best interest. At the beginning of the next soccer season, you are again free to try out under the same guidelines previously mentioned. Remember, in the event your Team qualifies for regional or national competition, you must fulfill your commitment to your Team through the end of that competition, regardless of your status with the Club for the following season. NPSC expects its Players and Parents to be ethical, honest, and honor their commitments, both verbal and written. Any Player use of drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes is not acceptable to the Club, and may result in temporary suspension or even expulsion from the Club. In addition, we insist you maintain a positive attitude and a personal sense of sportsmanship and fair play. THE PLAYER. Once you commit to joining IDAHO JUNIORS UNITED FC, you agree to abide by the policies of the club and your team. This commitment is for the entire 2023-2025 seasonal year. The soccer season begins August 1st, 2023 – July 31st, 2024, for all Juniors teams. At the end of the soccer season (July 31st, 2024) your commitment to the club is over and you are free to join another club should you choose. At the beginning of the following soccer season, a player is once again free to tryout under the conditions stated above. Once your commitment is made, the club expects your full participation and support for the entire soccer season. The commitments of your player are mandatory weekly training sessions, mandatory games, mandatory winter training, and mandatory tournaments which are further discussed below. No player will be released from a team during the soccer season unless it is for disciplinary reasons or failure to fulfill club financial obligations.
THE PLAYER. (A) has continued to maintain the Required Health Insurance until after incurring all Excess Medical Costs; or (B) had taken out the Required Health Insurance at the time of incurring the Football Injury and Player’s Football Injury was covered by and fell entirely within the coverage offered by the Required Health Insurance.

In no event shall the Administrative Agent or any of its Related Parties (collectively, the “Agent Parties”) have any liability to the Borrower, any Lender, the L/C Issuer or any other Person for losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses of any kind (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) arising out of the Borrower’s or the Administrative Agent’s transmission of Borrower Materials through the Internet, except to the extent that such losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction by a final and nonappealable judgment to have resulted from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such Agent Party; provided, however, that in no event shall any Agent Party have any liability to the Borrower, any Lender, the L/C Issuer or any other Person for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (as opposed to direct or actual damages).

Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.
